The Excellent AdVenture is a time travelling-themed event for AdVenture Capitalist, that was released on September 1st, 2016. On May 2nd 2017, the event became replayable, and got two Special Event Sale items. The event was re-released on September 7, 2017, featuring new prizes, and the Event Ranking. Another replay started on March 16, 2018 with slightly different rewards, requirements for Badges, Event Deals, and Gold Upgrades. On August 31, 2018, it was playable again. On February 21, 2019, the event was changed so the business info, coefficients, the first 60 unlocks and the first 5 upgrades are identical to Profit-a-bowl and Black and Blue Friday. On January 16, 2020, 22 unlocks and 33 upgrades were added to the event for a total of 82 unlocks and 38 upgrades.
In 2019, the unlocks and upgrades got changed and now the event unlocks and upgrades are the same as Profit-A-bowl and Black and Blue Friday.

Gilding (No longer exists)[]
The event allows gilding of the investments for 45

- This event is special because when a player first starts playing from scratch, after they get 5 oil companies, the 2016 version of this event is the first event they play before entering normal events. It immediately unlocks after getting 5 oil companies. It doesn't matter what the current event is.
- This is notable for having the first manager, Crusader Sasha, that isn't a parody or reference. She is from Crusader of the Lost Idols and her artwork is directly from the game itself.
- However, on an unknown date, Crusader Sasha was replaced with another manager.
- When the event goal feature was added, the investment "7 Blade Viking Razors" changed it's name to "Viking Razors".
- On January 16, 2020, 22 unlocks and 33 upgrades were added to this event on mobile. Now this event has 82 unlocks and 38 upgrades. Steam still has 60 unlocks and 5 upgrades.
